10 Year Term: 100%

15 Year Term: 140%

20 Year Term: 160%

The guaranteed amounts include loyalty bonuses and fees/charges – what you see is what you get, as a minimum, assuming all payments are made for the full term and no withdrawals have been made. The underlying principal protection is derived from structured notes provided by highly-rated banks and other international financial institutions and are therefore reliant on the continued solvency of these banks and financial institutions.

Loyalty Bonus:

Loyalty bonuses will be paid on the 15 and 20 year plans as follows:

7.5% of the total premium paid for years 1 through 10, paid at the end of year 10

7.5% of the total premium paid for years 11 through 15, paid at the end of year 15

5.0% of the total premium paid for years 16 through 20, paid at the end of year 20

Please note that the 10-year plans are not eligible for loyalty bonuses.

Annual administration charges as a percentage of the total premiums due from inception to the relevant policy anniversary will be deducted from the initial units throughout the duration of the term, as follows:

10 Year Term: 2.0% per year

15 Tear Term: 1.7% per year

20 Year Term: 1.1% per year

A policy fee of USD 10 per month will be deducted at the beginning of each month.

A structure fee of 0.125% per month of account balance will be deducted at the beginning of each month for as long as the assets remain invested.

Withdrawal & Surrender:

Partial withdrawals are allowed after the completion of the initial period, subject to maintaining a minimum USD 2,400 surrender value. Minimum withdrawal is $600. Withdrawals are free of charge, but they do negate the guarantee. Full surrender is allowed at any time after the initial period has been completed but will be subject to surrender charges. The surrender charge will be equal to the value of the remaining initial units.
